How do parents register to a course?
Parents can register for your course in 4 ways: On the public portal by navigating all public courses, searching your name or any keyword related to your course. Your course visibility will need to be set to public. By having access to the course page URL created when your course was published. How do I list a course on Schoolified?
When setting up a course you can decide to make that course public or private. If you make it public, it will be published on the Schoolified public portal. Parents will be able to see your public profile, book a free consultation with you (if you have enabled it), register, and pay for your course. You can also decide to keep your course private, but your course page will still be accessible to anyone who has access to the URL we generated for the course. Parents will have the same abilities
How to setup individual 1:1 Sessions?
If you have setup initial consultations, parents can book a meeting with you based on your availability. It will show up automatically on your Schoolified Calendar as well as your Google calendar. If on the other hand you want to teach a class to just one student, you can prepare a course just for that student and enter the date and time when you will meet with her/him. You can then invite parents to register their child to your course, to complete registration they will need to provide child D
What happens in case of last-minute cancellation?
Schoolified has a strict no-cancellation policy. With that said, as a teacher you can always accommodate special circumstances and invite the student to a make-up or bonus class based on your availability.
How will I know if parents booked a course, a class or a consultation?
When parents book a class a course or a consultation with one of the following methods, you will receive an email informing you and we will add the event to your Schoolified Schedule, as well as your synched calendar. I am not receiving email notifications, how come?
We maintain our communications to our teachers and parents who register to your courses or book a free consultation to the minimum and we will always comply with any unsubscribe requests. In some instances, email providers such as Gmail will automatically categorize our communications as promotions or worse spam, and you will not see them in your primary inbox.
