How to setup individual 1:1 Sessions?
If you have setup initial consultations, parents can book a meeting with you based on your availability. It will show up automatically on your Schoolified Calendar as well as your Google calendar.
If on the other hand you want to teach a class to just one student, you can prepare a course just for that student and enter the date and time when you will meet with her/him.
You can then invite parents to register their child to your course, to complete registration they will need to provide child DOB (to comply with COPPA requirements) and either pay in full (upfront for all the classes) or if your course is equal or greater than 4 weeks (28 days) you can give them the option to pay in weekly installments.
If you setup the option to pay in installments, parents will need to prepay for the first week with a debit/credit card and we will automatically charge their card every week until the end of your course. Payments will always be processed before your next class and both parents and yourself will be notified if the payment fails.
